- I have never used WiFi before. Is it easy to use?
It is very easy to use, just turn on your pocket WiFi, and go to your phone's WiFi setting and enter the password.
- When can I receive the WiFi device?
If you place an order before 16:00, we will ship your kit the same day.
For Kyushu, Chubu, Shikoku, and Kansai areas; next day delivery is possible.
- Can I order on the phone?
Sorry, we don't accept orders on the phone, please order from our homepage.
- Can you deliver the WiFi unit to the airport?
Sorry, we don't delivery the unit to the airport. We can deliver the device to your hotel room or company.
- Can I receive the WiFi at the convenience store?
Sorry, you can't receive your kit at the convenience stores.
- Do you need my ID?
No, but we may ask you to give us a copy of the following (for in store pickups) Company name, Employee ID, Business card School name, Student ID Driver's license.
- Can I extend my service?
Yes, we will calculate the fee from you start using our service to end our service.
There is no expensive overdue charge.

- When will the rental period start?
- Rental period starts at the day of delivery.
- What is the requirement to rent a unit?
No requirements needed for personal use.
However, we may ask you to show any of the document's below:
Company name, Employee ID, Business card School, Student ID Home address Driver's license
- What is included in the kit?
- Mobile WiFi router, AC Adaptor, USB cable and a manuel.
- Can the pocket wifi be used overseas?
- Only Japan use Bringing the unit outside Japan is strictly prohibited.
- Is there any cancellation fee?
- There is no cancellation fee, if you cancel 2 days before your delivery
Cancellation fee is as followed
2 business days before shipping:
No charge 1 day before shipping: 50% of cancellation fee will be charged.
Cancellation on delivery day:
Cancellation fee will be charged in full Please notify us immediately if you can't use the service even though you are in an area with good network reception.

- You can order on our homepage.
- In the case of individual customers, you can sign up from the website.
- In the case of corporate customers, fill out the application form, please send it by e-mail.

- How can I pay?
- Payment method is as followed Individual: credit card Corporate: Billing payment.
- Can I order more than one kit?
- Yes, you can order more than one kit. Maximum of 3 kits per customer If you would like to order more than 3 kits, please contact us If the shipping address is different, please order separately
- Aside from the rental fee what else do I need to pay?
- Customers will have to pay for delively 1,000yen. Data communication fee is already included your rental fee.
- From when to when fee will be charged?
- From the date you receive the unit to the date you drop the unit at the post box. If you return the unit at the store, return date will be the end charging date.
- How much is the shipping fee?
- Delively fee 1,000yen For pick ups, only 500yen when returning your kit.
- Can you issue the receipt ?
- No, we don't. Your credit card detail statement will be your receipt.
- Can you delivery it to a hotel or hospital?
- Yes, you can. But please talk to the person at the hotel reception or nurse station about the delivery in advance. Else we might be able to deliver.
- I am using many WiFi units. Can I return separately?
- Yes, you can as long as the rental period for each unit ends at different dates.
- Are there post boxes at the airport?
- Yes, there are. You can drop the unit at the post box at the airport. There are no post boxes after you go through out the departure gate.
